What’s the process for booking with Leisure Goals Travel Co.?
You can fill out our intake form or send us an email with your preferred hotel and desired check-in and check-out dates, and we’ll reply within 24 hours with a no-obligation quote. If you proceed with us, we’ll confirm reservation details, collect your payment information and complete the booking process on your behalf. Once booking is completed, we will share confirmation details to the email you submitted your request from.
How do your rates compare to booking directly with the hotel?
Our rates usually match the hotel’s Best Available Rate (i.e. refundable, non-promotional). These rates are aligned to booking directly with the hotel, so you as a customer are prioritized over booking through third-party distributors. We can often match promotional rates at the hotel, but perks may not apply in those cases.
Will I earn loyalty points towards status and elite night credits at chain hotels?
Yes, when you book with Leisure Goals Travel Co., you are booking directly with the hotel through us, and you’ll earn any corresponding points, perks, and elite night credits as a result. We always advise clients to send us their loyalty number so we can add it to the booking. In many cases your status benefits are elevated when booking with us.
What are the benefits of booking with you?
When booking with us, you’ll receive elevated benefits at some of the best hotels in the world. Since we book directly on your behalf, you’ll receive added benefits like loyalty points and qualifying nights at participating hotel brands with loyalty programs (e.g., Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, IHG Rewards, World of Hyatt etc.).
Do you offer full trip planning?
For a fee, we are able to provide more comprehensive travel planning services. For more complex trips we may charge a small fee to cover the time that it took to plan it. Contact us for more information.
If I have already booked my stay; can you apply these perks for my booking?
If you have booked directly through the hotel and not a third-party most times, we are able to do what is known as a ‘takeover’ in this scenario we will contact the hotel on your behalf to associate your booking with us. A ‘takeover’ is not guaranteed but we will assist in elevating your stay, if possible
Do you help with award/point redemptions?
Not at this time but for a fee we are happy to provide recommendations or referrals for hotel stays.
