Planning Fee: Please note that customized itineraries will incur planning fees. We are happy to provide a custom quote if you are interested in our personalized itinerary planning services.
Total Trip Cost: Please note that some of our quotes may come from suppliers who offer bundled rates without itemized components. This approach helps protect our partners' confidential, contracted rates from local vendors and ensures an efficient and seamless travel planning process ,where applicable. Do you agree and understand that your proposal may be provided as a packaged rate without itemized pricing of travel components?
Preferred Communication: Please note – that while planning your trip, our primary communication will be via email or scheduled phone/video calls. This approach ensures efficient, organized communication and consolidates information for accurate referencing. To maintain clarity and accuracy during the planning process, we strongly discourage questions via text message. Before your departure, we will provide you with the best local contact information for prompt assistance after business hours in addition to our itinerary application for communication. Unscheduled calls and WhatsApp messages are, of course, available for any in-travel emergencies that may arise.
